If needed, we will collaborate with you and a stager to tastefully update furnishings. Once staged, we will coordinate and manage a photo/video shoot, and if applicable, capture drone footage, all at the optimal time of day. A tasteful "For Sale" sign will be installed on your property, if allowed.

Broker's tours will be held during the week (with your approval), and we will gather feedback from other Agents as to how the property is positioned.
